Our gifts made it to the orphanage and were very much appreciated. You will want to read this post. It will change your day and maybe your life. It did for me.

Fine Arts Endeavor
We are searching for sisters who have talents in the Fine Arts.
If you would be willing to share something you have created, please contact Cassi Campbell or Barbara Benefiel.
Fine art or the fine arts encompass art forms developed primarily for aesthetics and/or concept rather than practical application. Some examples are: painting, sculpture, pencil sketches, mixed-media compositions, calligraphy, photography, conceptual art, and printmaking.
All skill levels are needed. Friends outside of our ward are welcome.
Bon Voyage!
The formula, cereal, and blankets are all packed and headed to China. Thanks, sisters, for your generosity.
One bag is going with the McComas’ to an orphanage in Kaifeng this week. The other will be going with the Knorpp’s in the Fall to the same orphanage.
We had so many donations, that we have a whole box of baby cereal going to the local food bank.

A Home for the Care Packages
Remember these little guys?
They found a place to go. The Spokane Women’s and Children’s Free Restaurant was so excited to receive them. They used them last weekend in their Easter Baskets for the children that came through for Easter Dinner.
My girls and I had a chance to work with them on the Community Thanksgiving Dinner last Fall and I’m so pleased that these little children who live right in our community got a special treat this Easter.
