Chili Rellenos

A Shogan Family Favorite


4 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper

Beat the above ingredients.

1 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb.  monterey jack cheese
27 oz. can whole Ortega chilies

Slice open whole chilies and layer with cheese.  Pour egg mixture on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
